A bit more about me...
I live in the magickal Pacific Northwest amongst beautiful old trees, ferns, rich soil, and waterways. I am a Reiki Master, Yogi, Shamanic practitioner, and High Priest. I am trained and certified by the ANFT as a nature and forest therapy guide. I also blend custom flower essences for folks in need of support from our plant allies.
My journey
I love being in nature, rockhounding with my partner. You will also find me on my bicycle in the gorge, on mountains, on the coast, or on Portland city streets and pathways. I started a yoga practice as a teen. Meditation and yoga has taught me to breathe, be in my body, and how to calm my nervous system. I have been studying and practicing shamanism for over 10 years. Shamanic journeys have allowed me to work with and integrate my shadow self and meet some of my allies, teachers, and healers on this journey. I know through my studies of shamanism, witchcraft, yoga, reiki, and working with my plant allies I have fostered a beautiful life of healing my own traumas and helping others as well.
My purpose
My purpose as a healer is to serve as a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms, guiding others on their path to self-discovery and healing. With a compassionate heart and deep reverence for the wisdom of the earth, I am dedicated to creating a sacred space for healing, empowerment, and spiritual growth for the highest good of all.
